Survey...What do you think of the mom that got 5 years probation for spanking her child?

i definetly agree that this woman should be put on probation... you don't hit your child!! its WRONG to want to touch ur childs butt when they do something wrong.. like... thats not a punishment.. its harrassment! creepy
