Should i move to Canada?????/?

rite now I'm in the U.S. an since I'm latino there's always racist people going at me. I've hear that Toronto is a better place. I am not going to Mexico also because I hate the place. I was planing on going to New York but it seems people are rue wherever you go in the U.S.
