Does he like me or not ?

okay There is this guy I went out with him like over a year ago we broke up cause the timing was bad. but i got over that a while ago but now we are talking again and I like him again but I dont know if he likes me or not.... He always sends flirty text messages and he sends smiley faces and stuff. but today we were texting and he was like oh you wish you had me and i was like pshh other way around and he says ya right.. but like 3 min later he updates his status with this quote "I know that you believe you understand what you think I said. but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant" so it sounds like a coincidence. But later today I texted him but he didnt text back? so im confused.. he Texts me like twice a day but when I text him he doesnt text back UGHH... I just wanna know if he likes me or not..
