How difficult or easy is it to change an air flow meter/sensor on a 2005 nissan primastar van?

I have been quoted around €300 by a nissan dealer, however i can buy the part new online for around €100 and if it is not too difficult will fit it myself. I would have a reasonable level of competency in things mechanical.
