Bernouilli's theorem says that the drop in pressure when a fluid of density r flows over a surface with velocity v is 1/2 rv^2, so, if the plane is near sea level where air density is about 1.3 kg/m^3, the pressure difference is (1/2 x 1.3 x 122^2 )-(1/2 x 1.3 x 102^2)pascals. Divide by 1000 to convert to kPa. Multiply the pressure difference in pascals by 38m^2 to get net upward force in newtons and divide by 1000 to convert to kN.
