Why is my Kidde Carbon Monoxide Alarm #kn-cob-lcb-ca beeping all the time?the battery is charged.?

it hes been going off with one solid beep,so I know there is no carbon monoxide in the house.This has been happening for a couple of weeks now periodically.Any ideas?
