Am I doing good for a high school sophmore ?

I'm a 16 year old Latino male, who attends a private school. I am entering 11th grade because I started school late. My freshmen year, the first semester I managed to get a 3.27 gpa . My second semester I obtained a 3.4gpa. Am I on a good course for being accepted into a 4 year university.?
