Whats that dance called?

So I went to this cruise party and the PA kids knew what these dances were called. One of the dances is flex, show muscle, flex, show muscle, glide your arm down, and shoot the basket. The other dance is like the bird or something. You waddle and hang your neck back, and then you waddle with your neck bent forward, while in a slumping position. I really enjoyed these two dances, but I can not find the name of these two different moves. If you guys kn what they might be called, please let me kn. Thanks.
