Does it bother you when a Hispanic/Latino Cant speak Spanish ?

I know that the Latino part comes in with Brazil and latin based languages, but i'm talking about Spanish language. It really bothers me that they cant speak spanish and thats their language. Its like saying they are ashamed of who they are. they are not embracing their culture. For example i really dont like that Jessica Alba said "Dont call me a Latina" like wtf? Here comes in Cameron Diaz, but you see its different with her because she understands it just cant speak it . and she embraces that she is Cuban. What are your thoughts on this ?
