What are my options as to what to do with this money in filing chapter 7 bankruptcy?

Here's the thinking.....if you have 10K in disposable income you do NOT need to file bankruptcy. Your attorney is advising you to put it somewhere to avoid the bankruptcy court seizing the funds to pay your bills.
