Since every national Republican figure has sold out their base on illegal aliens, why do they have supporters?

Every single national Republican figure feels the need to pander because they, like the Democrats, think to get the Latino vote you have to go soft on illegal immigration. No, not all of them support it, beleive it or not. If they're an American citizen, they have no reason to support it. Somebody has to say our laws need to be enforced.
