Need to lose some weight? What excercises to do- etc.? Pleasseee help me?

do cardio. it will tone you and help you loose weight. you could get a dance dvd, dancing is very good exercise. also drink plenty of water. drink a glass of water before each meal, water takes up space in your stomach, which leaves less room for food ;) Also make sure you warm up before doing cardio, do jumping jacks - run in place for 2 mins, jump around like a weirdo, haha, anything to start getting you warmed up and your blood flowing.
