How To tell my parents i have a boyfriend ?

okay so i have a new boyfriend . i really like him . am not allowed to date though so i need help. i want to tell my parents about him. but i don't know how it will go. any ideas on how you think i should start the conversation or how you think it will go. my parents a latino's and kinda strict if that helps. by the way am 14 and a girl of course . i've lied to them before. i've had a boyfriend without their permission. but i just want to tell them this time.
