How to get used to noticeable makeup?

Not all noticeable makeup is wrong. There is difference in getting a certain look you want across or looking like a clown. You won't be judged for wearing makeup. Especially basic styles. Depending on your age, 14 and 15 I think you should stick with just some semi noticeable styles, but as you get around 16 and 17 you can work your way into super noticeable.
