How do you feel about the Texas mom getting 5 years probation for spanking her child ?

That judge is laughable. The ruling doesn't stand a chance on appeal. Spanking isn't a crime anywhere in the US and especially not in Texas. When will these judge learn they are there to interpret and enforce the laws not write them to suit their personal beliefs.
