A few questions all in one about possibly being pregnant?

I am a week late for a period took test kn day 5 was neg and i have been having some cramps lower back pain bloating alot of discharge and usually before my period i have sore boobs which r deffinitly not sore and i havent been not in the mood to have sex my stomach hurts at times as well ( not because of eating bad food or anything) please no smart *** answers i plan to go to the doc to get a blood test this week if it doesnt show but im wanting some opinnions if it sounds as if im pregnant or period coming late?
